bobcat

use category and credit to organize

bobcat doesn't have folders. it has a category field and a credit field on each item, and those + featured + kind are how you slice the catalog.

3 steps~2 min
  1. 1

set a category on every item

free text. "furniture," "weddings," "branding work," "long-form video." the category shows up under the title in galleries and is searchable.

  2. 2

set a credit when work was collaborative

designer, photographer, partner. shows alongside the title so the portfolio reads honest — visitors can tell what was your hand vs. your team's.

  3. 3

    search by any field

the search box matches title, category, description, and credit at once. type "weddings" and every wedding item floats up — no folder structure needed.

    tip

be consistent with category strings. "weddings" and "wedding" don't cluster. pick one and stick with it; a quick once-a-quarter sweep keeps the catalog clean.
