add a faq
type the question the way customers actually ask it ("do you do same-day?" not "what is your turnaround time?"), and the answer in your voice. the bot uses these as the source for matching answers.

save your draft, then publish
draft and publish are separate. you can experiment with answers without affecting the live bot — flip publish only when you're happy.
tiptreat the faq list as a living document. every new question that comes through conversations is a candidate for adding here.
