ask the questions a real customer would ask
if the answers are weak, go fix the underlying faqs. when they're right, hit publish.
tipask the same question two or three different ways — "do you take credit cards," "can i pay by card," "what payment methods." if the bot answers all three the same, your faq is in good shape.
