iterate on the bot's answers

the first version of the bot won't be perfect. when you spot a wrong or weak answer, edit the faqs and re-publish.

find the wrong answer
open the conversation in the conversations tab. find the question and the answer the bot gave.

edit the matching faq
go to setup, find the faq that should have answered better, and rewrite it. add the question if it isn't covered yet.

save the draft, preview, publish
the test panel lets you ask the new question against the draft before it goes live. when it answers right, publish.
tip
old conversations don't change retroactively. the new behavior applies to every chat that starts after you publish.
