- eight more placeholder modules became real apps (whitetail, firefly, armadillo, coyote, bobwhite, cypress, cricket, tortoise)
- magnolia (website builder) got fourteen sections + connected hydration — composable inside the suite, publishing pipeline next
- guided tours wired across twenty-five modules — first-time visit walks you through
- multi-tenant foundation: every account is now a business, ready for team seats
- juniper (chat) got better at not assuming where you live
v0.7 was the first eight modules going live. this build is the next eight, plus the website-builder room got wired up, plus the under-the-floor work for a future where your whole team uses wymzy together.
another eight modules went from sketch to working
things you can actually use today
- whitetail — gift cards. customers buy stored value via stripe, redeem against any pawpaw invoice or at the counter. liability dashboard included so you always know what's outstanding.
- cattail got split: cattail keeps points loyalty, firefly takes punch cards. earn-per-dollar and buy-9-get-1 are different jobs, so they got different rooms.
- armadillo — customer referrals. each customer gets a unique link; when their friend books or buys, you log the conversion and apply the reward. top-referrer leaderboard surfaces who's bringing in the most.
- coyote — feedback + reviews. send a quick survey after a paid invoice; happy answers (9–10) route to a google review prompt, low scores route to your inbox so you can call back personally. manual email sends work today; auto-trigger + sms light up once sparrow's stack does.
- bobwhite — time tracking. owner-only roster, manual + punch-in/out entries, monday-anchored weekly approval, dashboard widget. photo + gps on punch, crawdad job-codes, and pecan payroll export ship next.
- cypress — team & seats. invite teammates by email, pick their role, control which apps they see. no more shared logins.
- cricket — team chat. public and private channels in a slack-style 3-pane layout, with unread badges per channel. threads, mentions, file uploads, and real-time push ship next.
- tortoise — internal kb + sops. notion-style nested pages, autosave, revision history. write down how you open the shop once, your team reads it on day one.
magnolia got wired up — your website, built from your own data
composable inside the suite today; publishing comes when we settle the domain
magnolia is the suite's website builder. fourteen sections built — hero, services list, products grid, photo gallery, hours + map, reviews, booking widget, contact form. each one pulls live from the apps you've already filled in:
- services + products render from mockingbird and magpie — change a price once, your site updates
- hours, photos, and reviews pull from foxfire (your google business profile is the source of truth)
- booking widget drops in your junebug calendar
- contact form captures straight into marigold as a new lead
you can compose a site inside the wymzy app today. the publishing pipeline (your own domain or a wymzy subdomain) lands once we lock down the publishing domain — that's the next thing on the magnolia list.
guided tours across the suite
open a module for the first time and a tour walks you through the screen — what each panel does, where to start, what to wire up first. twenty-five modules now have one. you can replay any tour from the module's settings if you want a refresher.
every account is now a business
the wiring for a future where your whole team uses wymzy together
under the hood, every wymzy account just got promoted from a single user to a "business." every existing user got their own business automatically. signup now creates the business at the same time as the user. modules across the suite are migrating to store their data against a business id instead of a user id.
nothing changes in your app today. but this is the foundation for cypress (team seats) — once we ship the invite-a-teammate flow, every member of your team logs into the same business and sees the same data, with role-based controls. one-person show? you stay a one-person show. got a team? they'll plug in when the time comes.
juniper (the chat) got smarter
- better answers — rewrote the prompt from scratch. juniper now stays focused on what wymzy actually does instead of guessing.
- five fresh greeting variants so the first message doesn't always sound the same.
- stopped assuming you live anywhere in particular — earlier versions would say things like "let me look that up for your area" before knowing where you were. fixed.
- mobile layout tightened up, plus a small "saved chat" disclaimer under the input so you know your conversations stick around.
otter — the promotions room
we sketched in a tenth flagship module: otter, for promotions. discount codes, % off, bogo, flash sales, customer-segment offers. the room exists with a placeholder today; the redemption pipeline (wired into pawpaw, mayhaw, and yaupon) ships next.
